Return from the Andean vacation

So its been 2 weeks now since we got back. Almost seems a dream and a haze that we were in Peru. The journey to Machu Picchu being the highlight of the trip. All the months of training building up to the Inca trail. Which turned out to eb the biggest disappointment of all, maybe we had so much pegged to it and the commercialization of the trail and the numbers didn’t help any. But Machu Picchu has to be seen to believe the extent a sight and setting can be ethereal. Site selection has taken on a new meaning now. How ever crappy you build but if you have a spectacular site/sight you can get away with anything….!!
